Client:Whitney Bailey Cox Magnini (now GFT, Inc.)
Project:USPS Cumberland MPO HVAC Equipment

Project Info

EBL provided mechanical, electrical and fire protection engineering services for the assessment, replacement and construction administration of the existing HVAC systems serving the 432,000 SF USPS Cumberland Main Post Office in Cumberland, MD.

The original scope was to conduct a study of the facility's HVAC equipment. Our study presented the existing conditions of each equipment, recommendations and cost estimates of potential actions. USPS decided to pursue the option where all equipment that was beyond its life expectancy would be replaced.

EBL provided design and construction administration services to implement the selected option.
