EBL has worked with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) under multiple contracts to prepare, develop and conduct building surveys for the Joint Commission Statement of Conditions life safety reports.
This multi-decade effort included comprehensive field surveys of all building areas in coordination with the NIH design offices, fire prevention office and maintenance engineering sections. Additionally, plans for improvement for the 3.2 million SF Clinical Research Center were developed and tracked as part of the overall Statement of Conditions effort.
