Project Information
EBL conducted life safety evaluations for 35 residential board and care facilities representing housing for 136 residents.
For each facility, we determined the occupancy classification which was based by the facility's use and occupancy level. Also included in the studies were indications of any items that needed correction and recommendations for those corrections. Our evaluations and recommendations were based on the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, 2012 edition.
