EBL completed mechanical and electrical system designs on a design/build contract for a major expansion of the National Gypsum Manufacturing Plant.  The mechanical design was provided for John J. Kirlin while the electrical design was provided for Gill-Simpson Electrical Contractors. Mechanical design consisted of plumbing for support and administrative areas, general ventilation and HVAC.

Electrical components include lighting for the entire expansion area, including high bay metal halide lighting, and general office and support area lighting.  Power was provided for the plant, including a new switchboard, motor control center and distribution system.
