Design work produced by EBL included the heating and cooling of both process and office areas, duct collection systems including provisions for explosion-proof equipment, process piping, plumbing, fire protection and detection, electrical service and distribution, lighting and code consultation for the renovation of the former 500,000 square foot Stroh Brewery Company plant, which now houses a flour mixing operation and warehouse.
