Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering Services for the Department of General Services for Multiple Construction Projects.
The task orders to date include:
Lowe Building Underground Steam and Condensate, Annapolis, MD: Replacement of 920 LF each of underground steam and condensate piping for the Central Services Building to the Lowe House Office Bldg in Annapolis.
Replace Cottage Air Handling Units, Finan Center: This project consisted of the replacement of six air handling units that serve Cottages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, A and C at the Thomas B. Finan Center. New built-up air handlers were provided with new chilled water cooling coils. Existing ductwork distribution systems and chilled water piping were reused.
Upgrade Foam System, Baxter Aviation Hangar, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD: Investigation and Report - effort includes a bound report of findings describing the options and/or recommendations to upgrade the existing Maryland National Guard helicopter hangar high expansion foam system and modify the hangar/support area building fire alarm evacuation and detection system. Study included estimates of probable construction cost for the demolition and new work as needed. Mechanical and electrical work included the effort to cost and evaluate these services required for the new pump building and water tank.
