The Pharmacy renovation consisted of the conversion of a storage room to a new outpatient pharmacy with a new walk-up service window. The work required re-working the existing VAV box distribution ductwork, re-location of existing lighting and provision of new power drops for new computers, cash register and related equipment. The Pharmacy was also expanded into an equipment room serving the physical therapy pool which required re-working of existing sprinklers and modifications to the exhaust system to contain chlorine odors from the pool area. Conduits were also provided to accommodate security and IT work provided by the hospital.

 

The work for the Employee Nurse Office was comprised of the splitting of an existing space into two separate spaces which required re-working the air distribution, a new lighting layout, relocation of fire alarm devices and the provision of a new hand sink for the nurse. Existing receptacle circuits were re-worked to accommodate the new layout.

The CN3 renovation included new partitions in existing office spaces to provide additional work stations. Required changes included air distribution, lighting, power and sprinkler relocations.
