Senior Electrical Engineer
The position of Senior Electrical Engineer encompasses all aspects of the design and follow-up of designs through construction for electrical systems in private, public and governmental engineering projects. The responsibilities of the Senior Electrical Engineer include: power system design, lighting system design, equipment selection, existing condition documentation, code analysis, security and fire alarm system design, preparation of engineering specifications, and cost estimating. In addition to design related tasks, the applicant should be able to demonstrate a history of project management and experience with leading and directing a group of engineers. Familiarity with common software (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, etc…) and local, state, and national codes is necessary. Approximately 15% of the time on-site work will be required. A minimum of seven years experience as an electrical engineer is preferred. The applicant shall have a valid PE license.
