EBL Engineers provides multi-discipline engineering and support services for the development and maintenance of base utilities and building structures. Engineering services have been procured by the Department of Defense for facilities within the United States as well as on foreign soil. These clients include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force and ancillary defense agencies, such as the U.S. Coast Guard, which is now a part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. EBL has a strong and extensive record of work with the Department of Defense. Familiarity with many military complexes that have peak demands for utility-supplied energy to multi-use facilities, light industrial plants, volatile materials storage, hangars, communication centers, and military support facilities such as vehicle maintenance, central power plants, barracks, recreational buildings and classrooms has been gained working in a multitude of locations.
