EBL Engineers' work history encompasses the broad range of facilities necessary to support the multi-faceted nature of a campus community incorporating mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and code consulting for new structures and renovations/expansions. Project experience encompasses virtually every campus setting from academic classrooms, laboratories and administrative facilities to community support structures including resident housing, dining halls, sports and recreational centers. Engineering tasks have included the design of HVAC systems, central utilities, power, interior and exterior lighting, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, security and access control, plumbing, ventilation upgrades, studies and energy conservation improvements. Whatever the project, a common theme is woven throughout the work - the need to maintain the utilization of facilities during construction, the development of phasing plans to minimize disruption of on-going campus activities, and the need to maintain safe environments for all individuals who utilize the campus.
