Electrical Designer
This position requires the knowledge and application of fundamental electrical design/drafting concepts, practices, procedures and established standards to produce products and services that are of extremely high quality. The applicant shall be able to analyze plans and specifications to determine project requirements and shall demonstrate competency in performing electrical calculations, electrical system (power and lighting) layout, development of panel schedules, and all aspects of building electrical systems. Other required tasks will include construction administration duties such as: shop drawing review, RFI responses, and construction inspections. Work within a project team environment and possess good presentation and client interface skills. Support engineering review process. Strong organization and communication skills required. A minimum of two years experience with AutoCAD is preferred. Ability to design with respect to constructability. Must be able to meet project deadlines. A high level of attention to detail is a must.
