CADD Technician - Mechanical
The position of AutoCAD Technician encompasses all aspects of drafting from replication of existing hard copy drawings, incorporation of engineer and designer mark-ups into existing plans, field investigation of existing conditions, creation of sketches, and transfer of this information directly to AutoCAD. The responsibilities of the AutoCAD Technician include: AutoCAD drafting, field survey assistance, reproduction tasks, packaging and organization of design documents, and deliveries as required. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of two years applicable experience in the layout and design of plumbing and/or HVAC systems for new and renovation building projects utilizing AutoCAD. Additional experience with MicroStation is a plus. Must be able to meet project deadlines. A high level of attention to detail is a must.
