EBL is pleased to announce Matthew Spencer obtains Professional License

EBL Engineers, LLC is pleased to announce the recent licensure of Matthew Spencer in the State of Maryland. Mr. Spencer received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware in 2000 and has been with EBL Engineers for ten years.  Mr. Spencer has designed mechanical systems for a variety of projects including industrial, commercial and governmental applications. His experience encompasses projects requiring computer aided design and drafting, preparation of specifications and cost estimates, and construction administration duties including review of shop drawings for HVAC and plumbing systems.  Mr. Spencer is also a member of ASHRAE, the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers and is also a Certified Geothermal Systems Designer/Installer.
