Robert H. Stratemeyer, PE
Mr. Stratemeyer received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
His primary fields of expertise are heating, ventilating, air conditioning, central plant design and energy applications. Mr. Stratemeyer has extensive experience with solar collection and energy conversion systems. He is also certified as a Geothermal Heat Pump Systems Designer/Installer and as an Energy Auditor in the State of Maryland.
Jeffery P. McBride, PE
Mr. McBride received his Bachelors and Master of Science in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland.
He engages in fire protection engineering and is a Certified Building Inspector in the state of Maryland. He specializes in the analysis of new and existing structures for code compliance, the use of alternative materials and methods for equivalent code compliance, forensic investigation and professional services related to system performance, system failure and construction anomalies as well as design and field commissioning of smoke management and control systems.
Edward A. Hubner, PE, BCxP, F.MDSPE
Mr. Hubner received his Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Hubner is highly regarded for forensic engineering in the field of remedial energy analysis. His specialized areas of expertise are analysis for energy conservation and life cycle cost, design of direct digital energy management and control systems, and central plant design. Mr. Hubner is also a guest lecturer at the University of Maryland.
Edward M. Fraczkowski, PE
Mr. Fraczkowski received his Bachelor of Science in Fire Protection Engineering and his Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Maryland.
His specialties include the analysis of new and existing structures for code compliance, design of fire protection systems, and field commissioning and acceptance testing of egress systems and fire protection systems. He consults with engineers and architects on life safety, fire alarm, smoke control, AFFF, plan review, code interpretation, shop drawing review, hydraulic calculation analysis and review, construction management and oversight, and field fire protection system testing and commissioning.
Anthony J. Kleponis, PE, LEED AP
Mr. Kleponis is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Mr. Kleponis' primary fields of expertise are heating, ventilating, air conditioning, central plant design, cost estimating and temperature controls.
He has extensive experience in the design of HVAC and plumbing systems for institutional, industrial and governmental facilities and, has managed complex multi-discipline projects from concept through construction administration.
Jamie S. Raithel, PE, LEED AP, CxA
Mr. Raithel received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
He has design responsibility for the mechanical systems of a variety of projects including industrial, commercial, educational and military applications. His experience encompasses projects requiring HVAC systems, domestic water and sanitary plumbing layouts, underground steam and condensate piping systems and exhaust systems. He has distinguished himself in the fields of energy engineering/analysis, central plant design and campus distribution systems.
Brian T. Schlosser, PE
Mr. Schlosser has a Bachelor of Science in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland.
He oversees and mentors entry- and mid-level Fire Protection Engineers and CAD Technicians. He designs, inspects, tests, and commissions fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and other fire protection systems. He provides fire protection consulting and code review for engineers, architects, and a wide array of other clients related to building requirements, life safety requirements, fire alarm systems, smoke control systems, and fire sprinkler systems. Mr. Schlosser is also responsible for all construction administration services related to such fire protection systems designs.
