EBL provided a thorough evaluation of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in tandem with a building evaluation by the architect. The final deliverable for this task/project was a comprehensive assessment of the condition and needs of the facility with a seven year look ahead for capital expenditures and budgeting as the primary goals. The assessments, evaluations, reports, recommendations, and cost estimates were to be provided to the facility and in turn provided to Congress for allocation of facility operating budgets.

Over the course of three months, we explored and investigated the systems within this premier 1,500,000 square foot facility. We worked closely with the architect to develop a broad range of projects that impacted every facet of the facility. Overall, due to the size of the facility, the timing of maintenance and repair protocols, and needs of the facility, the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects culled from the myriad of investigations and reports resulted in $26,000,000 of potential projects and facility upgrades.
